Cultivating healing qualities of being . . . among them are a beginner's mind, patience, non-judgment, courage, commitment, non-striving and radical acceptance. Imagine opening your heart to receive and welcome your wounded parts and the burdens they carry. Let them in, open to them and embrace them with mercy and awareness.

In The Heart Of The Pain Is This Healing . . . Cultivating Compassion
The Healing Journey Meets The Spiritual Path
How Do I Be With What I Find With Wisdom and Compassion?
We can learn to relate to our pain in a new way, to breathe in the pain and breathe out compassion. Once we become "aware" of our story and are willing to listen, we can fully engage our inner true self, our inner healer, our compassionate heart, our 'bodhichitta.' As we choose to embrace and re-member and welcome our wounds with compassion, we heal as we unburden ourselves and awaken peace and joy. We live freely to follow our bliss continuing on our journey of self-healing and spiritual awakening.
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
