Boot Camp for Goddesses® will empower teenage girls to embrace, embody and own the power of their Goddess Warrior self - building self confidence, self esteem and self worth from the inside out.
This workshop redefines beauty, power and being fit for today's teen, by helping them break through to new levels of fitness -physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
It features yoga, fitness workouts, hiking, detoxification, meditation, breath work, aromatherapy, energetic healing, a sweat lodge ceremony, live African drumming and dancing and discussions on girl's health, nutrition, dieting and healing.
During the week we will explore:
- A new and healthy definition of being beautiful, sexy and powerful
- How to wear a new attitude that others can plainly see and feel
- Do not believe everything you hear, learn what is true for you
- Tools to deal with peer pressure, dating, drugs and media influence
- How to listen to your body's intelligence, working with ancient techniques and kinesiology
- How to prevent and heal - eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, depression and body image, painful and real subjects for teens
- A new discipline of strength - the strength to let go of what is not healthy for you
It is never too early to empower your daughter. Give them tools that will last a life time.
This workshop is for girls at all levels of physical fitness.
