Dear Amazing Woman, Antoinette's Booté CampTM will allow us to tune in to our bodies, minds and spirits. I used to think that beating my body up was the only way to get into good shape. Now I've come to realize through my own injuries that this isn't how it has to be. I will teach you ways to use ancient yogic breathing techniques to work less but accomplish more. We all have the same basic needs as humans so I will show you ways to explore doing exercises with more awareness and focus to accomplish your fitness goals. I've combined several modalities to do just that. We will be doing calisthenics, hula hooping, jump rope, weight bearing exercises, hip hop, journey dance and various types of yoga and movement to give you a well rounded program that addresses all aspects of you. We will also be doing some group work such as share circles, life guide collages and simple jewelry making. So, this program isn't just about getting into better shape, although that is a definite focus, but it's also about creating community with other women and realizing the potential of what each person can bring to our group.
This program is like no other... unlike most boot camps this is a little different…it's been created by a woman for women. An empowering experience that will allow you to feel stronger, gain flexibility and feel less stressed by the end of the "workout".
It takes time to improve the way we look and feel. This class will accomplish just that. It will take dedication, perseverance and believing in yourself. I will be there to help you throughout this process. So.. make the decision and just do it! You've accomplished many things so why not try something that will benefit not only you but will also inspire your family and friends.

If you’re registering for a 6 or 8-week series, we will make allowances for 2 make-up classes per Series. You can make-up the missed classes in any of the classes on our walk-in schedule. These make-up classes MUST be used within the dates of your particular series.
