GENTLE - focus is on bringing the breath and movement together. All levels welcome. Appropriate for Beginners.

MIXED LEVEL - Some experience is recommended. All levels are welcome. Gain more awareness of the body through more advanced breath work. Classes introduce and focus on alignment, relaxation, bodily awareness, yogic breathing, and energy flow as students deepen their understanding of how their body works.

YOGA FLOW - Designed for intermediate students who want to challenge increase heart rate and strengthen. Class will be sculpted to all students.

YOGA/PILATES - Designed to stretch and strengthen the torso. Creates full body balance. Learn to move from your core.

SPIN PLUS - Class involves a series of warm-up and cool-down yoga postures with a cardio workout on indoor spin bikes utilizing ancient yogic breathing techniques to maximize the aerobic activity.

CYCLE & STRETCH - Similar to Spin Plus but a much gentler class.

|
KIDS YOGA - (ages 5 to 10) Enjoy a fun-filled class exploring yoga postures, breathing exercises, cooperative games, music, art and mindful meditation (stories).
