GENTLE - Great place to start or restart yoga. Focus is on bringing the breath and movement together. Reclaim your powerful internal voice practicing non-violence. All levels welcome. Appropriate for Beginners.

ALL LEVELS - Some experience is recommended. Gain more awareness of the body through more advanced breath & posture work. Classes introduce and focus on alignment, relaxation, bodily awareness, yogic breathing, and energy flow as students deepen their understanding of how their body works. Modifications taught for all levels.

YOGA THERAPY - This class is open and beneficial to all levels. This class will provide yoga therapy techniques to aid in improving flexibility, strength and balance. Will improve overall respiratory function, cardiovascular health and joint mobility. Ideal for stress management and sleep disorders. Includes enriching yoga nidra.

BRFWA Yoga - Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, Allow. Breathe ... we do it 12 to 14 times per minute without thinking ... Why not do it with intention. Oxygen is our fuel. All the oxygen to purify our blood, restore our body and spirits as well as remove the toxic thoughts and emotions from our minds and heart. Linking breath with movement energizes and restores our life force.

HEART HEALTHY - Class involves a series of warm-up and cool-down yoga postures with a cardio workout on indoor spin bikes utilizing yogic breathing techniques to maximize a low to moderate aerobic activity. Large focus on how you take in oxygen. Great for hypertension, heart & upper respiratory health, cholesterol, moods, diabetes, weight control, competitive athletes and overall fitness.

MINDFULNESS BREATHING - Each class will explore a series of breathing techniques building a foundation of health through breath. The breath (pranayama) will then lead us into deeper levels of conscious and concentration for meditation. Great for blood pressure, hypertension, upper respiratory, mental health.

DEEPER PRACTICE - Advanced class exploring a deeper connection with self challenging our limiting beliefs. Advanced pranayama, locks, mudra's, asana, and meditation practice. Hydrate before and after class. Foundation on class based on the Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

DESTRESS & DETOX - Class includes 1/2 hour essential breathing exercises for removal of toxins from internal organs, ? hour of twisting postures to strengthen low back, massage adrenals, reshape chest cavity for better breathing, 20 minutes body-based deep relaxation to balance the autonomic and central nervous system.

Our shared rooms include two queen size beds, cable television, hairdryers, refrigerator, free local calls, continental breakfast, daily maid service, fitness center, outdoor pool.

Our dorm style living is a 3 bedroom condominium with single beds in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen, cable television. We provide bedding and basic bath linens. You will need to make your own bed. There is no daily housekeeping service.
