Fee: $2,850 (includes training, training manual, housing, breakfast & lunch)
Registration: Pre-registration and payment in full is required by January 5, 2009.
Cancellations after January 30th will result in a 50% refund.

This program combines the best of the early yogic systems into the current sports and fitness paradigm. This training is designed for those who want to teach or master this ground-breaking approach to fitness. The secret behind the transformation is harnessing the wisdom of the body using basic, intermediate and advanced yoga breathing techniques to enliven and invigorate the workout experience.
Ed Harrold's Flexibility For Athletes Training combines the best of yoga: breath, postures, relaxation and meditation to optimize any and all of your training. Through Ed Harrold's revolutionary philosophy, peak performance is created for all athletes, from beginners to professionals. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge base and skill set necessary to effectively plan, prepare and train clients at any level to enhance their minds through their bodies. The Modules must be taken in sequential order, providing 70 hours of Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance.

Module 2:
Yogic Based Athletic Training "Body over Mind"
Using Yogic Breath as a Tool for Spiritual Transformation in Asana/Yoga Postures and Cardiovascular Workout Routines (Walking, Running, Bicycling and Rowing)
Sports Specific Sequencing Breath and Yoga Techniques
Anatomy, Physiology, Chakras, Bandhas, and Mudras Usage and Proficiency
Integration of The Energetic Process
How to Market Your Skills to Create More Abundance
Training is being reviewed by ACSM. Should know by June 2008 if approved for CE.
Accommodations: We will be staying at The Biden Center in Cape Henlopen State Park. All rooms are dorm style with 3 single beds per room. Separate mens/women's bathrooms and shower facilities are centrally located. Remember your toiletries. The Center has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, microwave and coffee maker. If you have special dietary needs or medications that need to be refrigerated, these appliances are at your disposal.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know upon registration. Your evenings are free to explore the local town and its' restaurants.

If you’re registering for a 6 or 8-week series, we will make allowances for 2 make-up classes per Series. You can make-up the missed classes in any of the classes on our walk-in schedule. These make-up classes MUST be used within the dates of your particular series.
