Through Ed Harrold’s revolutionary philosophy, peak performance is created for all athletes, from beginners to professionals. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge base and skill set necessary to effectively plan, prepare and train clients at any level to enhance their minds through their bodies. The Modules must be taken in sequential order, providing 70 hours of Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance.
