Ed Harrold's Teacher Training teaches why the power of proper breath work in exercise and athletics is beginning to get the attention it requires. Our body's fuel is oxygen. Flexibility for Athletes Teacher Training is specifically designed to help you create yoga based fitness programs that harness the &qout;Inner Athlete" in everyone! This program combines the best of the early yogic systems into the current sports and fitness paradigm. This training is designed for those who want to teach or master this ground-breaking approach to fitness. The secret behind the transformation is harnessing the wisdom of the body using basic, intermediate and advanced yoga breathing techniques to enliven and invigorate the workout experience.
Ed Harrold's Flexibility For Athletes Training combines the best of yoga: breath, postures, relaxation and meditation to optimize any and all of your training. Through Ed Harrold's revolutionary philosophy, peak performance is created for all athletes, from beginners to professionals. Upon completion, you will have the knowledge base and skill set necessary to effectively plan, prepare and train clients at any level to enhance their minds through their bodies. The Modules must be taken in sequential order, providing 70 hours of Continuing Education Credits with Yoga Alliance.

Module 1:
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Pranayama/Breathwork Techniques
Learn "Cross Patterning" and Optimal Sequencing of Yoga Flows
Creating and Executing the NEW Workout in Cardiovascular Workout Routines (Walking, Running, Bicycling and Rowing)
Yoga/Sports Meditation Methodology
Synchronization of the "Whole Brain" to Maximize the Full Potential of the Body
Module 2:
Yogic Based Athletic Training "Body over Mind"
Using Yogic Breath as a Tool for Spiritual Transformation in Asana/Yoga Postures and Cardiovascular Workout Routines (Walking, Running, Bicycling and Rowing)
Sports Specific Sequencing Breath and Yoga Techniques
Anatomy, Physiology, Chakras, Bandhas, and Mudras Usage and Proficiency
Integration of The Energetic Process
How to Market Your Skills to Create More Abundance
Accommodations: Shared rooms with double occupancy. Hotel is 2 miles from center.
Meals: Breakfast and lunch will be provided daily. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know upon registration. Your evenings are free to explore the local town and its' restaurants.

By Registering for a class, you agree to adhere to our policies as outlined in this form and on our website.
To register for a workshop, complete this form along with payment in full to Comfort Zone Center For Whole Self Healing. Workshops must be paid in full by the day of the workshop or your registration is cancelled.
Comfort Zone Center does not confirm registration. Once registered, you will receive information about your program in the mail from us. You will be contacted again only if the workshop you have chosen is full.
If you're registering for a 6 or 8-week series, we will make allowances for 2 make-up classes per Series. You can make-up the missed classes in any of the classes on our walk-in schedule. These make-up classes MUST be used within the dates of your particular series.

Our dorm style living is a 3 bedroom condominium with single beds in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen, cable television. We provide bedding and basic bath linens. You will need to make your own bed. There is no daily housekeeping service.
