Ed Harrold - (studio owner/Director)
Edward Harrold is a studio owner of Comfort Zone Center For Whole Self Healing in Lewes, Delaware, the Director for Sports Training & Yoga for The Institute For Extraordinary Living at Kripalu Center and originator of the Flexibility For Athletes® program. He leads programs and workshops and has a series of instructional DVD's. He trains with sports teams teaching the Flexibility For Athletes® program to enhance athletic performance and endurance. www.mindandbodyworkout.net and www.comfortzoneyogacenter.com.
Ed's Flexibility for Athletes performance training philosophy approaches fitness by creating a body over mind atmosphere. This NEW Workout harnesses the wisdom of the body by using basic, intermediate and advanced yogic breathing techniques in cardiovascular fitness. It combines the best of yoga: breath, postures, relaxation and meditation to create positive feelings and results to any workout.
Ed has been fortunate enough to be a competitive athlete all his life and experiences yoga as a complement to all sports. By discovering a way to combine both his athletic background and training with yoga and ancient breathing techniques, Ed created and designed the Flexibility For Athletes® program which has been well received with the fitness community. Ed's cutting-edge training had led him to working for Stephen Cope's Institute for Extraordinary Living at Kripalu Center as the Director of Sports Training & Yoga. The Institute studies the effects of yoga, yogic breathing, and meditation on optimal performance in sports and the performing arts-and performs rigorous scientific research on these effects through its partnership with some of the top researchers at Harvard Medical School.
He currently works with collegiate and high school sports teams teaching a "Flexibility For Athletes" program to enhance athletic performance and endurance. Instructional DVD's and Podcast Workouts of this work are now available on his www.mindandbodyworkout.net website.

Dimitra has lived a life "in movement" by growing up in Sweden playing soccer and doing gymnastics, to moving to Greece, hiking and diving, and finally ending up here in Lewes, DE, doing yoga. Lots of yoga! After participating in her first yoga class, she cried out in happiness and could hardly relax in Savasana. She very quickly realized that yoga was it. Since then, yoga has transformed her life creating a sense of renewed energy, while also being very cleansing and nourishing.
Dimitra is certified by Power Yoga Works in Philadelphia and by the Yoga Alliance. In addition, she is also a Personal Trainer and certified in Pilates, Spinning and Group Fitness. She studies with various teachers throughout the U.S. She now studies with Ed Harrold to become a Master Teacher of Ed's breakthrough program called The Flexibility for Athletes.
Dimitra incorporates a straightforward, informative and fun approach in her teaching style. She hopes to make students, especially new ones, both comfortable and excited about the yoga practice. She wants the individual to embrace the many joys and challenges it offers.
"The rewards of helping others to find their own inner strength and centeredness are phenomenal... we are all here in it together, having fun and stretching like crazy!"
"Love, light and eternal gratitude to all my Yoga Teachers, past, present and future for their wisdom, inspiration, and generosity. NAMASTE!"
"P.S. I love trees:)!!!"

Kim Larson. After my first years of college, I began to look for a career in which I would feel like I was making a difference in the world each day. Like a bolt of lightning, it struck me - massage therapy. I attended Praxis College of Health Arts and Sciences in 1997 to train in massage and hydrotherapy. During the two year training I was first introduced to Thai massage, and I fell in love. After several years of practice in the massage field I was drawn to further my career with yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center. It was at Kripalu that I found my next great love in ayurvedic bodywork. It was no surprise when I realized that these two had common roots. I completed the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in 2006, and added ayurvedic consultations to my work at Kripalu. After almost a decade of practice in the healing arts, I traveled to India and Thailand in 2007 to complete more advanced training and to meet the motherlands of my two great loves. I currently travel and teach with my partner, Terrel, to spread the healing power of massage, yoga, and Ayurveda.

Terrel Broussard. My experience in the healing arts started with myself in 1992 when I started exploring healing my emotional state through nutritional cleansing. For over 10 years i was a nutritional consultant. During this time, in 1997, I was trained as a Kripalu yoga teacher, and currently have a professional yoga teaching certification. The next year I added massage therapy, followed by thai massage, and then a degree in herbal medicine to compliment my consulting. In 2001, a year after my initial Thai massage training with Jonas Westring, I traveled to Thailand to train with his teacher, Pichet Boonthamme. After walking away with a rich experience and deeper confidence in myself and my potential as a Thai bodyworker, I began to integrate Thai massage into Whole Being Therapy, my creative expression of what healing arts can be. In 2005, I trained with Paul Cramer, a teacher from the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage, and in 2006 I graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda. My practice also includes Ayurvedic massage and consultations. In 2007 I returned to Thailand for another experience with Pichet and I ventured to India for advanced Ayurvedic trainings. I currently travel and teach with my partner Kim, and I look forward to offering the gifts of Thai massage and Ayurveda to all those interested in these amazing healing arts.
