Raw foods are unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as fresh fruit, vegetables, sprouts, seeds, nuts, grains, beans, dried fruit, fruit juice, and seaweed. Raw food is never heated over 118° F degrees.
Raw and living foods are in their natural state with all the enzymes and nutrients, including vitamins, minerals and other health-promoting phytochemicals. S.A.D. (Standard American Diet) is very addictive and contributes to weight gain and obesity. By eating raw and living foods, the body will naturally detox and cleanse itself.
Eating raw and living foods has many health benefits: you feel better; eliminate aches and pains; eliminate digestive problems; lower cholesterol; lower your risk of heart disease; eliminate allergies and symptoms; boost your immune system; have lots of energy; improves skin clarity and texture; and improves mental clarity.
