Human life is very short and this isn't a "dress rehearsal". Our biological cells clock are ticking away. While your clock is still ticking, remember, we all have a birthright to experience abundance in our lives on every human level. But, many of us give away power without even being aware and get lost in how to reclaim it. Internal (sensations and thought forms) and external (environmental) economics need to be brought under balance.
To shift the mental conversations of success or failure, we've got to enter the body mindfully. Once we're in the body, we can understand the mental and emotional patterns keeping us from living a full and rich life. The old classical ways of time "invested in" aren't as efficient as they used to be. We need to neutralize all negative trains of cognition patterns to truly "be healthy".
This one day program is based on the principles that a healthy mind fulfills the desires for our birth right of a RICH life. We all are capitalist's whether we like it or not. How do we become a conscious capitalist? Our left brain dominant actions have left us sick and tired of repeating failures of the past and we feel stuck in neutral or fall behind too much to catch our breath for any length of time.
The program is both lecture and experience. We will examine:
• Our perception of abundance. How do we believe we MUST present ourselves publicly?
• How to use the body to process mental and emotional thought patterns.
• Routines that strengthen the body to promote mental and physical flexibility.
• Chakra Meditations on silencing negative qualities of the 1st and 5th chakra that naturally transition you to your "Rich Life".
• Become RICH using "training waves" based in
a) Rooting . . . Embodying the body
b) Energy . . . Strong charge of desired activity
c) Witnessing . . . Mental observations reporting in
d) Integration . . . allowing for a space of reflection and learning
as the right brain absorbs the information
• Neutralizing everything that is negative in your life
• Yogic breathing exercises to ground and root ourselves in the body AND decode the mental images of the mind.
This program is perfect for the self employed, fortune 500, athletes, healthcare professionals, teachers, those struggling with addiction and weightloss and addiction . . . Anyone who is struggling with the battle that takes place in the mind.
All levels of mental and physical fitness are welcome regardless of your age, physical athleticism or yoga experience. Please were comfortable clothing that supports you feeling free to move the body and enter the brain.
