Walking Sticks, Gratitude and Creative Expression
Creative expression renews your soul, heals your spirit and keeps your inner spark alive.
Take a break from the busyness of your life, let go and let your creative juices flow. During this hands-on inspirational workshop, participants create a unique walking stick, Walk Your Talk ® on which they identify and paint their feelings of gratitude, intentions, dreams and core values. You will work with paint markers, collage materials, beads and found objects to create a personal piece of art. In this 2.5 hour workshop, take time to clarify your core values, your messages of gratitude and your intentions for your life. Walk Your Talk ® stick will carry the energy of these sacred intentions. With these intentions, our thinking process is taking charge of the direction of our energy and events fall into place to support these intentions. What do you want your life to include? Who do you want to be, do or have? What do you want for you and your world? If you don't know, you are drifting. Throughout this workshop you will be guided in understanding and clarifying your intentions so that your Walk Your Talk ® stick represents your heart's desire and your authentic vision of your self.
Tapping into your creativity is so important. No matter what form it ultimately takes, our creativity is one of the most unique and valued aspects of who we are, however; there are times in our lives when our natural creative flow is blocked and we feel stuck. Join Joelle at Comfort Zone for a couple fun filled hours to have fun, be creative and get focused about your life.
This is great workshop for families and children 13 and older. Bring only your willingness to be creative and play in an inviting environment free of criticism. No previous art experience is necessary. Materials will be provided. You are welcome to bring any of your favorite photos, beads, ribbons and other objects to personalize your Walk Your Talk ® stick.
